This page is dedicated to helping you learn about your website, how to start the build process and use your CMS account to get your website live in the shortest time possible. The aim of this page is to bring all the resources together in a logical order so you can start at the top, work down and pick up the right information as you need it. Step 1: Choose a Design
We have many templates, template-based websites and custom website for you to choose from to decide how your website looks - Hammerhead CMS Templates and Sample Websites. We can't copy the custom designs we've done for other customers but we can take certain elements to incorporate into your website.
Step 2: Choose a Domain Name
If you intend to use a new domain name for your website you will need to purchase it separately. Hammerhead Technologies can assist you if necessary. It is possible to use multiple domain names with your website; Hammerhead Technologies will not charge you any more for adding extra domain names to your website. For example, you could build a Spanish language website and use domain names from Spain (.es), Mexico (.mex), Peru (.pe) and Colombia (.co). To help you select a domain name that is not already registered use http://www.allwhois.com/ or http://www.whois365.com/ websites. For registering .com websites we recommend using GoDaddy, for any other domains contact support@hammerheadtechnologies.com for advice.
Step 3: Messaging Services
If you want e-mail to go with your new domain name then we provide e-mail services free to PADI WebWrap customers by configuring Microsoft Windows Live Domains for you. This gives you an unlimited number of e-mail address. Hammerhead Technologies just configure the service for you, we can provide no support for this service nor guarantee performance.
Step 4: Sign Up Process

Step 5: Website Build
We commit to getting template-based websites lives within 30 days and custom-design websites live in 45 days of us receiving all of the necessary items, which are:

Full payment of stated setup costs - we DO NOT accept part payment or deposits unless agreed beforehand. We withold the right to insist on full payment prior to starting the build of any website

Suitable company logo (>300kb in size)
For custom-design websites we may give you a temporary website to allow you to start the process of adding content - we will let you know if we choose to do this. The display quality of your company logo on your website is directly related to the logo file you send us. For best results an Abobe Photoshop PSD file, or equivalent, is preferred. High resolution PNG/GIF/JPG files of greater than 300kb are also suitable, however logos in PDF files usually don't provide great results so please bear this in mind when providing a logo file.
Step 6: Time To Populate Your Website

For improved success with internet search engines you must make sure any content provided is modified to meet your business needs. Search engines promote sites with unique and fresh content over sites that contain duplicate content so being individual is important.
